The app is the same. Two platform details are not.

Health sync uses Health Connect rather than Apple Health, so it needs the Health Connect app on Android 13 and earlier. Body-fat percentage stays a manual entry on Android: Health Connect does not declare a body-fat read permission that fits Play's minimum-scope rule, so Trainerrr does not ask for one.
