These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Trainerrr app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Trainerrr is a workout, nutrition, and goal logging application. By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
These terms reflect the current version of the app. If Trainerrr later changes its features or terms, this page will be updated to reflect those changes.
Trainerrr is designed for a general fitness audience and is not intended for young children. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to create an account. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app complies with the laws that apply to you.
Trainerrr is a logging and planning tool, not a medical service. It does not provide medical, nutritional, or professional health advice. Workout plans, exercise content, nutrition data, calorie figures, and goal targets are provided for informational and tracking purposes only.
You should consult a qualified physician or healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, changing your diet, or relying on any information in the app. You use the app and perform any exercise or nutrition activity at your own risk. Trainerrr is not responsible for any injury, health condition, or other harm that may result from your use of the app.
When using Trainerrr, you agree not to:
You retain ownership of the content you create in the app, including workout plans, workout logs, nutrition logs, custom exercises, profile details, and any avatar image you upload. You are solely responsible for the content you provide.
By using the app, you grant Trainerrr the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content for the sole purpose of operating the app and providing its features to you. As stated in the Privacy Policy, your data is not sold, rented, or used for advertising or research.
Trainerrr relies on third-party service providers to operate, including Supabase for authentication and storage, PostHog for consented analytics and error reporting, and Open Food Facts for food nutrition data. Optional features may use additional providers. Your use of those features may also be subject to the providers' own terms. See the Service Providers page for details.
The app is provided on an ongoing but not guaranteed basis. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time, and we may update or discontinue the app or any part of it. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
You may stop using Trainerrr at any time and may delete your account through the in-app deletion flow. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the app, or where required to protect the service or other users. On account deletion, user-linked data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Trainerrr does not warrant that nutrition data, calorie figures, or exercise content are accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trainerrr and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, injury, or harm arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
These terms may be updated when the app's features, service providers, or practices change. When that happens, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will also change. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
